Jordan Bianchi — Reception

If you’ve ever brought your animal into Ormewood Animal Hospital, chances are Jordan has called them a “nug” or told them a secret. As the receptionist, Jordan gets to greet pretty much every creature that comes through the doors, and whispering pretend secrets into their ears is one of the many perks she loves about her job. 

Jordan grew up around animals and considers herself “more of a pet person than a people person,” so her career choice was an obvious one. Jordan has worked in animal care for over ten years, starting off in kennels before working in emergency and specialty hospitals. Eventually, Jordan found her way to Ormewood in June of 2021. Here, she loves being able to bond with the animals and interact with the pet parents.

Beyond her work, Jordan enjoys being in the outdoors, traveling, trying new food, and she loves a good nap—although for the most part Jordan is a pretty active and energetic person. In fact, you can find her releasing some of that energy at kickboxing classes. She also has a first-degree black belt in karate, so you know your pets are in good, safe hands when they come to Ormewood! We’re very happy to have Jordan as part of the team—secrets and all.
